I am an amateur home barista .This video was very helpful for me. I used full fat milk and had just started to create some nice latte art. Then i thought i wanted to try zero fat milk and suddenly i wasn't able to do any latte art, because of extremely thick foam .Thanks to you,now i know my fault.
1:16 Those percentages don't refer to the fat content, they show the daily value percentage IE the amount it contributes to a 2000 calorie per day diet. Whole milk is generally around 3.5% fat, the milk in this video has 8g of fat in a 250ml bottle so it's 3.2% fat
Thnx brdr ❤
