  1. Technically, we can use fire fighting drones. These drones can release fire extinguishing balls and disperse foam. I just saw some on YouTube. BUT California should focus on water recapturing sites and regreening projects to protect neighborhoods from being so dry. In third world countries without money for drones and little rainfall, they use simple methods to create reservoirs, pools, and build up local aquifers. California must actively change community design to combat climate change. THIS is an opportunity
