The LFT long fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite production line uses thermoplastic resins such as PP/PA/PPS/PEEK, and uses a thermoplastic extrusion melting process and GPM’s dedicated impregnation mold to fully impregnate thermoplastic resins with carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, basalt fiber, etc.
The final LFT product length can reach 5-25 mm and can be used for injection molding, extrusion, molding, etc. LFT products have excellent mechanical properties and are used in automotive, aerospace, rail transportation and other fields.
