Good vid thanks! My summary:
Vinyl: cheap and cheerful, water resistant. Can crack easily particularly if floor is uneven. Also shows up an uneven floor.
Laminate: not particularly water resistant can bubble at edges. However looks v well, hides imperfect or uneven surface fairly well.
Tiles: V durable. Downside is that it's v cold looking and cold to walk on which can be an issue in colder climates.
In luxury venyle flooring the longsheet of 1.5/28meters will cost me. Minimum price please give your offer.
