Made bread by hand from scratch and Via a machine. The machine gives more consistent results and I've recently invested in an expensive one that also makes yoghurt and cottage cheese.
I have a bead machine from amazon and I love it. I can make cinamon roll dough in it and just roll it out add filling, let them rise one more time and bake.
