  1. This is a good way to do them – because normally, the package says to defrost first in the microwave, but it tends to make them too mushy if they are then re-cooked. I love your tips and recipes!

  2. I’ve been doing this with a slight variation. I add about 4 tbs. of chicken broth right before adding the peas.
    Only way my wife will now eat peas. Never asked for peas until I made this, now she regularly wants ‘em.
