The engineers of Tesla motor’s shocked everyone when they abandoned the versatile induction motor in Model 3 cars. They used a totally different motor called IPM-SynRM. Let’s understand why the Tesla engineers made this crucial design change.

Presentation is very impressive. love the video . I am an MTech scholar in electrical engineering. Try to design a permanent magnet synchronous motor to be used in electric vehicles.
Very interesting informative speech, God bless you ❤
%99 customers dont think this and they suppose all ev cars are same but not ev powerdrive unit is the brain of ev and not all ev are same
So much ❤🎉🎉🎉
Before this video I didn't get sinrm engines. Now, I don't get them much better!
хорошее объяснение !.
Take out the Stater windings alliance bars, swap them with magnets with iron base bars to repel and attract and you would solve the origional issue.
Consider video chapters. Quite useful when a lot of terminology involved.
You must be Amish then? A Luddite? EVs are the answer. Way more efficient. Less pollution in the long term. You are being fed anti EV propaganda if you watch FoX,oan,Newsmax. Oil industry has spent billions on anti Ev propaganda with online social influencers and ads. Pathetic to see lazy citizens never going to the actual information sources but making their minds up based on what they are told as if it is the gospel. Wake up! You are being sold lies.
Tesla engineering and problem solving is why they will always be far ahead of other EV car makers. They have a 10 year lead on others.
